As a cannabis advocate, Andy has worked on numerous local grassroots initiatives in pursuit of patient protections, fair access and destigmatization. Farrell Miller is a Cannabis industry consultant and board member at NORML Canada. She holds a law degree from UBC and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Guelph.
